The website, brands, logos, graphics, photographs and texts (non exhaustive list) contained on this website are the intellectual property of IERF and the ‘Erasmus+ RMT’ project partners’ and cannot be reproduced, used, modified or altered, sold or rented out, deleted or represented, in whole or in part without the express permission of IERF or its partners, under threat of prosecution.
The download of intellectual outputs is freely available. The reproduction and printing of hard copies of texts is possible for personal use or for educational purposes under certain conditions:

All the project partners grant the European Union the right to use the project results in the following cases:
(A) use for internal purposes including, disclosure to persons working for the National Agency and other institutions, agencies and bodies of the Union in addition to the institutions of the Member States, and copying and reproduction in whole or in part, and for an unlimited number of copies.
(B) public release including, publication via hard copy, electronic or digital forms, publication on the internet, including on the Europa website, in the form of files, downloadable or not, broadcasting (radio and/or televisual) by any technical transmission, presentation or public display, through communication media and integration into a database or an easily accessible catalogue.
(C) translation.
(D) access in response to individual requests, shall not constitute reproduction or use in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents
(E) conservation via hard copy, electronic or otherwise.
(F) archiving in compliance with the rules on the management of documents applicable to the National Agencies.
(G) the right to grant third parties operating modes set out in paragraphs b) and c) or to grant sub-licenses on these operating modalities.
